In order to accomplish these goals, Mr. Owens listened carefully to his customers' needs and developed a patented software system to provide the most comprehensive employment screenings available. He then assembled a team of 30 professionals dedicated to exemplary customer service. Since its inception in 1991, HR ProFile has grown at a consistent rate of 30% per year and serves both national and international clients. Today the company processes as many as 2,000 criminal checks per day. Mr. Owens started his career as the director of sales for DynoMark Security, an electronic security business. Later he became National Sales Director for Unifile Employment Screening, a division of United Protective Services. Mr. Owens presents frequent lectures to national employers, Bar Associations and the American Society of Industrial Security on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (F.C.R.A.) and employment screening.
